Full Description:
Following a neighbourhood action day we have decided to adopt the raise planters near our home. with permission from Bolton at Home./Be One Housing. It currently attract fly tip, litter and rats in the shrubbery. We want to remove it all and plant low growing plants , spring and summer bulbs. I am a committee member in Halliwell Community Alliance and this is all part of improving Halliwell as a place to live.
