- Postcode of group location: used to position your pin on the interactive map on the website

- Display your contact information on your Group Page, enabling potential volunteers and members of the public to contact your group

- Provide a non-personal contact name, such as “Administrator”
- Opt out of displaying your telephone or mobile number on the Group Page, while still allowing us to use it for direct communication

Your information will be retained only for the duration of your relationship with Bolton Green Umbrella (BGU).

- For newsletter subscribers, personal information will be used exclusively for the purpose of distributing the newsletter and will not be used for any other communications.
