We are one of more than 1,200 Station adoption groups in the successes of the community rail movement having been formed nationwide. As well as engaging with people in volunteering, bringing people together and creating pride in station and community, we play a critical role in making our stations welcoming, pleasant and attractive places. Often our work extends beyond basic upkeep, incorporating community gardening and food growing, local arts projects, and workshops and visits with children and young people.
