Halliwell Community Alliance is a collective of charities, voluntary organisations, groups, schools, youth groups, and individuals in the Halliwell Ward.
Our aim is to improve the Halliwell Ward for those that live, work and study there.
Our survey of important issues for members states that the environment, litter, access to green spaces is a high priority for all.
We are embarking on projects designed to improve our environment.
