Full Description:
We are Oldhams Church – an estate church in Astley Bridge with a come as you are culture.
We have been awarded our Silver eco-church award and take our responsibility to creation and the environment seriously. Part of this includes restoration / renovation of the adjacent parkland and green spaces. We have an exciting project planned involving the former bowling green next to our church building on the estate.
We host the following events:
Sunday gathering, youth group, Bible Study, Community Cafe, toddler group (Wiggle Tots) and a 12 step recovery group on the estate
We support and organise estate wide activities, trips to the farm, to the seaside and host Christmas and Easter activities and parties.
