Thanks to Bolton Green Umbrella for the £200 grant which we used to buy some hoops for litter bags, litterpickers, and gloves.

The Over Hulton Litter picking group continues to meet on a regular basis during the week – every other Wednesday morning and are encouraged by the 'army' of additional individual volunteers who plod our streets and roads to keep the area of Over Hulton as litter free as possible.

The benefits of the group having a high visible presence in the area as many other benefits . Eyes, a sympathetic ear and an invaluable link to into the Council Departments and our local Councillors.

Our local businesses are also very supportive and we keep chipping away at the 'Big Boys' down the road on Cuteacre Industrial Development.

If anyone wants to join us at any time they would be most welcome.
