Thank-you for the £200 grant! We have purchased a strimmer, and a leaf blower.
We have used our strimmer & leaf blower around our local area to improve paths as people were having to walk in the road, Also we have a few ginnels that are unadopted and are over grown so are unsafe and need our attention.

We have managed to improve where we live with our work, residents have noticed what has been done and we are hoping to have a few days organised to plant our new plants as soon the weather permits us to for all to enjoy.

Our work has benefitted the local community because some residents had been complaining that they are not able to do the heavy work and so they are grateful that we have improved this space near their homes.

We have had very positive feedback from local residents;  they have said that the area already looks better and can’t wait for us to do more when the weather improves. We have had plenty of requests & offers from people wanting to get involved with making the improvements.
