Many thanks for the BGU grant
We have a number of courtyard spaces, and in the summer months, we like to go outside to sit and chat, and also to play weekly bingo. We purchased a new set of comfortable garden furniture to seat 8, to make the space more comfortable. 
We didn’t have a large table that could fit a wheelchair underneath. As we all like to go outside for a chat and weekly bingo in the summer, we needed to have a large table for us all to sit around. This will make a massive difference, as currently, we are all spread out. We now will be able to all sit together, which will make it more communal and encourage chatting amongst everyone, rather than sitting quite far apart.

Residents are always appreciative of the efforts put into the scheme by volunteers. We always feel valued, as residents to take time to thank us for everything we do. It will help residents health & wellbeing, by providing more comfortable areas to site outside enjoying the green spaces

The residents can't wait for bingo outside! They are also looking forward to enjoying the courtyard spaces in the summer months.
