Thank you very much for the grant

We have bought 39 pairs of gardening gloves costing £51.69.

The plants bought cost £166.83

We have willow and magnolia trees, heathers, grasses and spring bulbs

I have taken a photograph ( attached) , all of the plants have not been delivered yet.

We are planting on thursday evening.

If anyone from Green Umbrella wants to come and look at the area in front of the scout hut, its at the bottom of Clay St ,Bromley Cross.

This area was an overgrown rubbish filled eyesore and the children from The Eyrie have done a wonderful job of improving the area and maintaining it.

We have favourable comments from the local residents which is really nice and it is safer for the children entering and leaving the scout hut.
