Look how many community litter bins there are in Bolton! These are mainly installed by Bolton Council but maintained by VOLUNTEERS who place the full bags next to a council bin for collection, and replace with a new bag. In general this works extremely well and has helped enormously in keeping Bolton streets and green spaces much cleaner.
