The Eden Farnworth Team was started in February 2020 and is part of the Eden Network.

Eden teams live in some of the most deprived communities across the UK. Aspiration and achievement grow as young people are mentored. The atmosphere changes, leaders are raised, and communities are changed for good from the inside out. Working in partnership with Farnworth Baptist Church, the Eden Farnworth Team (made up of 7 team members) create and facilitate community and youth projects on the Flower estate and the surrounding Campbell Street area in Farnworth including, but not limited to: community litter picking, running online addiction recovery courses, Farnworth Runners community running group which meets weekly on Monday evening at 7pm at Farnworth Park and recently started the Farnworth community walking group on Wednesday evenings from 7pm at Harper Green Playing fields.
