Thank you very much for the grant monies for 'Highfield and New Bury Litter Pickers and Community Group' 
The process for applying for the grants was extremely simple, which was very helpful and not time consuming.
We have purchased the equipment needed to make up several litter picking trollies for our wonderful volunteers. This has had a positive impact with volunteers within the group. Some volunteers are now able to go out litter picking more often in the community as the trollies make it much easier.
The community as a whole have seen a visible positive impact in our area. I often receive emails and messages to say how Highfield in particular has been transformed into a clean and tidy community where residents now respect the area and want to get involved.
