Many thanks for the grant from BGU to Daisy Dell Action Group

The funding was spent on materials needed towards our community action days These  consist of litter picks, community fun days, planting and growing sessions

In these sessions we have been making seed bombs, planting bulbs and general cleaning up the local area. The plants on site make it more aesthetically appealing and the families are encouraged to take the seed bombs with them and throw in any unkept areas to make them more wildlife friendly.

All the volunteers love to be involved in any positive actions that may benefit the local community.

The local community have benefitted because they have been involved in a free activity and have all taken some seedbombs of fruit plants home for their own gardens. We always get good responses and feedback from local residents, and they show their appreciation for the events that we run on Daisy Dell
