Many thanks for the grant from BGU.
We have purchased a trolley to help with transporting our new tools to the park, also plants & new edging stones.

We have done the path & border In the park, this was very over grown and not easy to walk down, we now have it under control & have made significant improvements so that you can use the path. We are at the moment trying to replace the edging stones that are broken. And we have planted some new plants
I also applied for some compost from a company & was fortunate to be allocated it.

We have also cleared the garden at the disused community centre at the entrance to the park. It is so rewarding when dog walkers & residents see what we are doing, they say it`s looking great & are encouraging more people to use the park because the paths are accessible now.

Local residents  have told us that they are using the park more because it easier to walk around and is looking so nice. We get feedback from them all the time as we go on to the park at least 4 times a week, making improvements.

We are looking to have an open day in the summer & invite locals resident who have not used the park in years.
