Our club is set in a traditional district park, which is home to a play area with a variety of play equipment suitable for all ages. It also has a Multi Use Games Area where you can play football or basketball.
We are have our own club house and the green is surrounded by mature trees and shrubs. There’s plenty of seating for those who want to come along a watch the bowling or just sit and relax in this lovely setting.
As well as the physical benefits of gentle exercise which can improve coordination, the social aspect of the game improves mental wellbeing and community connectedness.
New members are welcome and we are always for volunteers to help maintain the green and the surrounding garden area.

Michael and the team there are absolutely thrilled to have been given the grant and want to say a big thank you to you.
We have purchased soil, plants, shrubs and bulbs to renovate an area of the grounds that has been neglected over the last few years due to a lack of funds.
It has transformed the site, which has been neglected, into a space that can be appreciated by the users of the site. With the choice of shrubs/plants we have used, we hope to attract more wildlife into the ar More.....
