We are about cleaning our area up it has been neglected over the years we have a beautiful park which has had no maintenance only what we have done, hedges, bulb planting, paths need cutting back, we have a cricket club who we regularly litter pick around we have 2 ginnels that regularly have fly tip, also spare land on lever edge were elderly residents live.
We meet Weekly on Mondays between 10.00am and 12.00.

Thank-you so much for the BGU grant which we have put to good use.
We purchased new pickers as the ones from the council are not very good when we are out so often. Cartridges for our printer so we can print off our pictures, we have bought signs for the park, no dog fouling as the council didn’t have any & we had a problem, also we have used some money to purchase a bin in a problem area which has made a big difference.
We have been able to improve the environment with More.....

A small enthusiastic litter picking group was formed and equipment was purchased and provided pickers with High viz vests, hoops, pickers & safety gloves. With the coordination with the council all the green bags were left at various locations agreed with waste Management.
We have also been on the big group picks, which was amazing as you can pick up tips and also have a laugh with the dedicated enthusiast people of Bolton who are wanting to liv More.....
